pshot19.jpg, what looks like eyes on the left. The picture right before the one of the forester's tower. It could be light coming through the leaves, but it looks brighter than the rest of the ambient light at that level.
Ah, yes. Well spotted. I only saw a little man hanging from the broken branch in that one. :-)
Actually, it doesn't look like there's any leaves for light to come through there. (Brighten the photo to see what I mean.) So unless it's two holes in the tree-trunk, it's, umm, a bit of a mystery...
I didn't spot it at first (someone in the photo thread made a comment about it), I'm too used to seeing outdoorsie pictures of twisted looking woods so that I take most things I see in them as normal. I guess those branches did look like a little man, but they look normal once you enlarge the picture.
Yeesh. You're right, that rationalisation falls apart when you brighten the picture.
Yeah, it originated on something awful and the guy owned up to it being photoshopped after about 2 pages. That threads worth following through, especially the bit where they decide to wind up other forums (such as the GTA peeps) :-)
I'm impressed. A bit too obviously Blair-Witchy perhaps, but the photoshopping is subtle enough to escape notice except perhaps on the semi-conscious level.

I wouldn't be looking at it while in the house alone, I'll say that.
