Maybe Canada's federal, provincial and territorial governments should adopt similar transparency requirements re: media-related tax credits of this sort?

I am suprised to see that a square metre of a house in Kendal is less than one of a house in the surrounding area.
I would have expected an out of town house to be bigger and that to offset the higher value.

My guess is that the out of town houses are only a bit bigger, but have much bigger gardens, which do more to increase the value.

I see a similar thing in eg Loughbourgh, Market Harbourgh, Andover and Gloucester.

The movie was shot at Pinewood Studios and on location in Jordan, the Maldives and across the UK where one of its futuristic metro stations was used as a chase scene in an enemy base.

Tell me the article is written by an American without...

I mean, I've been thru the station it was filmed in, it's nice, but "futuristic" is a bit of a stretch

For an American, any public transport infrastructure is automatically exotic and futuristic.
