Was anyone else disappointed that she didn't actually have tentacles?
I've had that snippet playing in my head intermittently over the last few days. Occasionally interspersed with "Macho Man". Part of the problem with _that_ being that I don't think I've ever heard the original song, I've just heard Charlie Sheen and Kristy Swanson singing it in "The Chase", an awesome* movie that managed to have those two, Claudia Christian, Cary Elwes, Fle and Anthony Kiedis from the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Henry Rollins in it, and still not find much of an audience. Possibly because it's not that good a movie, but it completely delivers on its title, with Charlie Sheen kidnapping Kristy Swanson at the beginning, and the rest of the film being a car chase that gets more ridiculous as it goes along. Very silly, terribly entertaining.

joexnz and taken off to parts unknown, and I have project work that needs to be caught up on (there's nothing like a deadline), so I'm wandering into work. I could work from home, but I have two large monitors in the office, and the connection is a bit smoother than using remote desktop. Hurrah for overtime pay!
Meanwhile, have this video showing where the Wachowski's got their inspiration from:
