In case you think B&N are being assholes towards DC, this stunt is business as usual at Amazon. (I've had my books pulled three times in the past two years by those cunts, in their pursuit of better credit terms from various publishers ...)

Naah, I blame Amazon for this one. I loathe exclusive contracts like that with a fiery passion. If you're selling something, sell it on the open market, don't tie everyone in to a single distributor.

The Make Poverty History campaign was about pressuring political leaders too, I'm somewhat bemused as to why this ad falls foul of rules which I thought were about party political broadcasts.

Huh, so they are actually about political lobbying then, I see. I'm not sure I agree that that's where the line should be, but I haven't thought about it before now.
