Long-lost, otherwise it's ambiguous and possibly a lost brother who's long!

Surely a long brother who is also lost would require a comma?
i.e. "long, lost brother"

Hmm, maybe in that case but it's not the best example of that sort of ambiguity. If I wasn't tired I'd think of something!
