I found the perfect wardrobe - only Ikea only have it in stock in the really expensive finishes or white (which is much cheaper, but won't look right in my room). This has remained the state for days. Of course, they aren't answering their phones and they don't seem to be able to order in new stock that you want...

In addition, I ordered some brackets and shelves from B&Q 11 days ago, and they're still waiting for the wall fixings to come into stock. Why is it so damned hard to ship stuff out?

Seems to be a standard IKEA thing - they do the absolute minimum possible in order to keep their costs down. I don't think an end-to-end ordering system would actually be that hard for them to do though - hopefully they'll get to it eventually...
