1. No mention of working with Pakistan, who are also Moslem (though Sunni) and do have the nuclear bomb.

2. It will be finished by 2030 ? I was sceptical.
After reading the report, I can see that the solution could be in place by then ... except that there are further plans which risk delaying the benefits of the current work.
I hope that they are putting in whatever is needed to allow minimal reduction in capacity whilst work is done rather than complete shutdown.
