Sadly you can't combine two question types into one question. Maybe in LJ version 0.2

the poll doesnt say that the amount would cause you to give up work, it asks how much you would need to give up work.

You can still work if you want is the gist I took from it.

Personally, I believe everyone should work as a hobby if they work at all. Workig to pay the bills creates an unhealthy power imbalance that allows employers to victimise employees.

I'll assume dollars for you colonials, and pounds for us Brits, and generally assume that, taking cost of living into account, the two aren't as far apart as you might think.
