I have just discovered that if you take Sausage Rolls out of the Freezer and put them in the oven, 5 minutes later the outside is gorgeously golden and crispy while the center is still frozen solid.

Sigh.

Perhaps using the "oven" subroutine in your kitchen will fully debug your sausage roll object.

That was the 'oven'. I ended up using the more modern 'microwave' device.
