For my birthday, I got a kneeling chair. It's extremely comfortable, and my back's been a lot straighter since I started using it.

The cat doesn't like it. Not only does it make a loud noise when I wheel it about, but because my legs are at an agle, she can't sit on my lap. Instead she sits next to me and looks piteously upwards. Did I get this chair, she wonders, just to punish my cat?

I've wanted one for a while...my roomie had one, and when I asked for it, he ended up giving it to another friend of his, the bastard.

Perhaps you can get one of those berry-picking aprons, so that the cat can nestle in it as if it were a hammock? 9_9
