andrewduckerTechnically, an election isn't over until the electoral college meets on December 13, 2004 (the Monday after the second Wednesday in December).
At that point they will vote according to the results in their home states.
Kerry may have conceded defeat, but he can still be made President.
It _is_ unlikely though.
