When I moved recently, I was left without certain things. Like a freezer, or a microwave. And the fridge in the flat I moved into was broken, meaning that sometimes it would freeze everything in it. We're nearly sorted on the fridge front, but we're there for the freezer. I'd forgotten how handy it was - I was over at the supermarket earlier and happened to wander passed the cold meat section, where the cumberland sausages and pork and apple sausages were both half price to clear. So I bought everything they had, came home and put them in the freezer. Then went to tesco.com, checked their frozen goods for special offers and bought a small shipload of chicken. The flat is slowly coming together, I just need a tv cabinet (to store the VCR,DVD,Cable and Tivo boxes), a working portable phone (battery is gone on Erin's one), the fridge fixed and the buzzer repaired and I'll be happy. Of course, we'll then move in 5 months time, necessitating a complete restart. But there ya go.
