ladysisyphus finally spurred me into action.
This journal is now licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike license, which you can find here.
Not that it really matters, but you never know.
What this means, is that if anyone _does_ want to reprint, perform or base derivative works on anything I write, they're now explicitly free to do so, so long as it's non-commercial. If they want to make money off of me, they have to ask first.
