I haven't seen it. Wasn't intending to either, to be honest.

But the trailer lacks giant robots, marauding aliens, silver suits, guns that go "Fzaaaaap!", a Vangelis score, a dodgy 90s industrial rock soundtrack, minor "actors" from Babylon 5 or Star Trek, and there was certainly no sign of opera in space or the regular kind.

But on the other hand, my life only has a couple of those things and it is based in the future year of 2004, so um.. It might be?

I'm of the opinion that Adaptation was possibly the worst non-B-movie film I've seen in about seven years. Without exaggeration. This didn't lend me towards seeing Eternal merple mumpfle Mind.
