You can't be a vegan, period, by that token. Almost any food will have some trace of insects in it.

Testify! Actually, I wonder what the Jains have to say about this? They have the most beautiful temples in India, but I can;t quite figure out how they did their foundations, as their religion forbids digging, as well.
