It'd be easy enough to improve the online java version a bit too, but I'd have to redownload the sdk in order to do so, and haven't had enough incentive.

We first saw this a couple of years ago at the Pattern Pod in the Science Museum, a gallery that you're only allowed into if accompanied by an under-8. They have this tool set up on several workstations, one of which projects an image across a large wall. This is one of the coolest bits of this very cool and interesting (to small children) gallery.
