Up until 1am chatting with friends of Lilian's.

I spent half an hour trying to find a decent slideshow program to show off the photos she took in Mexico/California/Las Vegas/Chicago, but in the end Powerpoint seemed to be the best option.

There was much snackage, I tasted some Frambois (raspberry liqueur) which was quite nice, and the conversation ranged from some people's complete lack of social ability to the morals of pornography via Charlie Kaufman.

I went to bed at 1am, leaving the remaining two-some to continue chatting for a bit. Not a bad night at all.

There's several of each. At least two Belgian raspberry beers, and two liqueurs (one is sweetish, and about 20%, while the drier one is about 45%). Oh, and there's a respberry vermouth (Chambord?), too.

I love Frambozen but this stuff is quite different - it's sort of raspberry wine fortified with grape spirit from Boony Doon winerie in santa Cruz - I got it while winetasting with Spike there - and as it was such a hit and went incredibly well in champagne (well, Asda fizz!!) I would really like to know where I could get more!! It goes fantastically well with chocolate , which is a good trick..
