Update 6

No real new news. Wandered through the Fremonst Street Experience, frozen daquiri's in hand, ate ridiculous amounts of seafood buffet, met people at fanzine convention (ostensible reason for being here) and had dinner in Paris (the Eiffel tower is only half size, but that's big enough for me). The food was very good and the surroundings felt less fake than your average french restaurant.

Today we're off to the Trek experience, after the pool, of course. Oh, and I've bowed out of the trip to the Grnd Canyon, after discovering that I don't care $240 worth.

And that's all for now. My brain appears to have died. Hopefully the pool will help!

Awww, shame you're going to miss the Canyon. It's stunningly incredible, moreso than you would think from looking at pictures and stuff.

I spent about five minutes there (long story), and would kill to go back.
