Meat hat. I see that and I think of a lovely deaf mute dominatrix I saw on the Howard Stern show who wore a meat hat in a Marilyn Manson video.

There's a program on digital cable where one can actually see film of Stern's radio show. They have a film crew there video recording the radio show. Sounds incredibly boring but it is a fabulously trashy show to watch when too tired for PBS...
