2. :-(.

We need to make proper natural food available to, and affordable by all. Along with simple and time-efficient cooking techniques.

I eat vanishingly little processed food, (adult) lifelong. Not so much as a kid even. I know how to get it and cook it and manage my life to fit that in. But I don't have insane long hours, children, elderly relatives, disabilities.... etc. etc.

I've always managed to live within (at worst) cycling distance of a choice of supermarkets, and been fit enough to walk or cycle there ... But not everyone has that luck. I guess it becomes a vicious cycle once crap food impacts your health.

Sigh.
