I started eating more eggs. I bought a carton of egg white so it was always convenient and I didn't need to worry as much whether it was possible to eat too much. It was a interesting experiment, but not as dramatic as their one!

Absolutely.

I think I'll stick to less than 3 eggs per day though, just to be on the safe side.

Or, if you do have a nice omelette one day, balance it out with some oatmeal or something for the next couple days.
