If it's got WIFI you can get takeaways delivered too and never need to get off!

Having worked in the field of autism I've long been convinced that this is really a thing.

1) I have always been mystified by the "assembly line" technique of comics art: one artist draws in pencils, another inks over it, another colors it in, another does the lettering. I've read that this annoys everyone involved, but it's done anyway. Exceptions like this seem to be rare.

2) Potentially interesting, but not designed for lay readers.

6) Not as complicated as military combat systems, but challenging enough: figuring out how to read threads of posts on Mastodon.

7) Seems like a lot of trouble for a questionable return. (I mean, how often will the person stood up for a date decide they might as well eat at that restaurant anyway? Some of the time, I suppose, but it hardly seems like a sure thing.)

I often eat alone, but when I was dating, if I was stood up like that, I'd be too upset to hang around, let alone eat dinner by myself on the scene of my humiliation. I'd go off somewhere and mope.

#5: the text, but not the title, makes it look as if they were specifically searching for evidence of negative effect on mental health or wellbeing.

I think it's also worth considering the possibility that the Internet might have helped people's wellbeing, by being useful, or fun, or both. It might even have specifically helped people's mental health, by helping them feel less alone!

Re: #3, is that the right link? Mortlock Street, Melbourn? I'm not seeing the thing in question.

... wow, I hadn't gotten that from the pictures. The fact that they label it "Entrance Hall" shows a fair amount of cheek.

Took me a long time to find it.
There is a toilet roll holder between the washing machine and the screen.
