2. I think there is a significant typo in the dosage for Melatonin.
I believe it should say "2 to 5 mg" not grams, to match the next paragraph.

We seem to still have shortages of tradespeople here in Germany, despite still importing many from Poland. There are government ad campaigns to try to raise awareness of "Handwerk" as an option for youngsters.
