Hmm. IMO, Pope Leo SHOULD change his bank. Requiring in person visit to change your phone number makes me hugely suspicious of why the phone number is so important to security to need that... And then making an exception for ANYONE on the basis of a phone call* , in this age of deep fakes, ESPECIALLY someone with high visibility would be another red flag.

*(or maybe 2 calls - as it seems the Pope's mate called big boss, not sure how big boss informed minions...)
