Trans-related Jewish prayers collected here: Tefillat trans. There are scattered other ones like those at the Tumblr link but this is the most comprehensive collection I know, though TransTorah.org is generally very good too.

This is not a specific prayer, but a modification before the Viddui. The rabbi and/or the machzor reminds the congregation of the custom of beating our breasts (or knocking on our hearts) for each sin we name. Sometimes they say something about how movement helps get deeper into kavannah. This year, the person leading Kol Nidre said that if tapping your chest like that [demonstrate] didn't work for your body, don't try to do it. It's enough to be here, you're enough as you are.

It was revelatory. Like "rise as you're able," or "rise in body or spirit," when I started hearing those. Only this was about dysphoria, saying explicitly that the object of the exercise was to think about doing wrong. Not to touch your chest and think about BEING wrong.
