I already have 2 autoimmune conditions - both totally under control from diet (for 2 decades now). I avoided COVID until an extremely mild case last month. No noted aftereffects on either psoriasis or ankylosing spondylitis. I DID lose 3kg which I have yet to put back.

Oddly, just BEFORE the pandemic, in September ish 2019, I did have the only skin outbreak in 20 years - and everyone I know with psoriasis did too... Hardly a huge sample, but it did later make me wonder if something ELSE was / is also circulating that's muddying some waters...

3. Labour's list of crimes they'll crack down on (as reported in the article) are not like the Tories'. Fly tippers and illegal dirt bikers are arseholes who can be made to wear high viz for all I care, it's hardly in the same league as putting asylum seekers on barges, or whatever Cruella's latest wheeze is.
