well DON'T WORRY, my husband has been vaccinated for rabies, so she couldn't have caught it from him...

did i ever tell you about his pet raccoon he had as a teenager? don't get me started ––

I shall add him to the liust of people she is safe to lick!

I'd love to have a raccoon friend - although I hear they're pretty bitey.

well, my father was Lenape, and he said i was "Little Raccoon" because i was born with a rash across my eyes (like i was wearing a mask)... so that means that you and i should be friends :)

and btw, your child licking me finds funny.
you must be Scottish. i've been warned about people like you.

Both the kids are Scottish though :-)

but we got LOTS of Britons in there, so maybe you and i would speak the same language...

When I was much younger I remember being told a totally implausible riddle involving children lying in the playground with broken legs, to which the answer turned out to be that someone had drawn a hopscotch grid with all the numbers in a random unplayable order.

I hadn't thought of that nonsense riddle in decades, but this cross between a crime scene and a hopscotch pattern brought it suddenly back to mind!

I shall be careful to ensure that Sophia only draws them with the right pattern. I'd hate to get in trouble with the neighbourhood parents!
