From my own experience of working with folks with autism, as varied as all other women.

It's the same kind of trope as 'what does a trans woman look like?'

Some really nice pics though!

So The Regent is going to be overrun by stoodnts real soon now, with the usual noise/rubbish problems. (There being few other amenities of interest to 18-21yos on Montrose Terrace.)

And probably a side-order of homophobia as they discover that The Regent is a gay real ale pub.

Fuck.

I enjoy a good physical puzzle, where one tries to fit as many amenities as possible into one cubic meter of space, but even so, someone still nimble enough to live there probably doesn't yet have even that down payment.

Also - need to see the bathroom and it better have a shower. And laundry facilities. Nothing eats up your time off like having to drag your laundry somewhere and back.

I'd also rather have a fold down bed with a desk:

is perhaps a misleading title: it's going to auction, they expect a lot of interest, the starting price is £50k. What do we think it will actually go for... ?

yeah... I guess "London's smallest flat is still probably worth over £200k" just didn't have the same ring to it.

huh. I'd found the auction site and was going to watch the bidding and see what it went for, but it's just (overnight) been "postponed". https://onlineauctions.my-auction.co.uk/lot/details/59780

Edit: oh there it is relisted for next week https://onlineauctions.my-auction.co.uk/lot/details/62521 ...

Jane the Virgin has an episode involving post-partum depression in men, but it's really only taken seriously by the one character, who is extremely over-the-top and thus discreditable.

It always interests me how people insist that typical post-partum depression relates to hormonal changes related to pregnancy and delivery, and thus can't be experienced by the other parent/anyone else. And yet we know that Couvade syndrome is a thing that can cause non-pregnant people to undergo those same hormonal changes. So why would the impact of those hormonal and bodily changes stop the second that the baby is delivered?
