Date: 2020-09-01 04:44 am (UTC)Coping tools sadly don't work for someone who is (a) too disorganised or otherwise mentally incapable to even use them ; (b) unwilling and unable to even recognise that they have a problem. Do I speak from painful experience dealing with someone like this? I do. Not all jobs are for everyone.
