The article on Keir Starmer soesn't say he's against PR and if someone suggested "a new constitutional settlement" I'd expect that to include some discussion about PR.

Do you know if he's come out against PR in the past?

Fair enough.

PR is a difficult thing for the Labour Party. They are (ahead of elections) more in favour of things like devolution which shift power to voters in some parts of the country top vote Labour in different tier of government. PR tends to shift power to voters to potentially not vote Labour.

As a forensic crime scene analysis...the Vox article gives a useful sense of the scale and scope of this series of crimes in progress.

As for the White House/Rick Wiles mess...Wiles probably has ambitions of replacing Pence as DT-45's vice-president. Such ambitions should be turned to ash in his mouth.
