While the news that diet *can* help depression is welcome, it is going to make life that much more difficult for many of us because well meaning friends and relatives will be "Well you can just CURE it with DIET now"

True of absolutely anything that helps with mental health, sadly.

"I hear that sleeping better is good for your mental health. Have you considered not staying up until 2am stressing about all of the horrors of the world?"
