Per Captain Marvel, Hala definitely has public transit in its capital city.

Sakaar from Thor: Ragnarok, I'm not sure about, but you'd think a city that large would have a proper passenger train network to get people to and from that arena complex alone, right?

On Earth, in Wakanda...its capital city Birnin Zana (AKA "the Golden City") definitely has working public transit, and the mining complex between Mena Ngai (the Great Mound) and Mount Bashenga (where Shuri has one of her labs) is freight-dedicated.

Liked the 'Trains in Marvel' - but they missed one. In 'Winter Soldier' a flashback scene has Bucky falling off of the train at one point. Sure, it was only a few seconds, but ... train.
