And East Coast Trains double book their seat reservations so a disabled person is left without a seat next to their carer. And staff didn't care. I begged them for help but they didn't. It was another passenger who helped me sit next to my carer without having to walk to the other end of the train. I ended up feeling suicidal but they didn't care. I even told them where I was but they ignored that message until after my train was meant to arrived home.
They told me double booking was standard procedure. I got nothing out of them.
