Getting better all the time

My stomach, which was set off by it, is now only in pain three or four times per day, although I have a low-level grumbliness going on which will probably last a few more days.
I suspect that I went from "IBS gives me a dodgy tummy that isn't much fun." to "Ow, ow, ow, this is what IBS is like for people that really suffer from it" for a few days. My sympathy to people that go through this all the time.
