andrewduckerWhile searching for the answer to a tricky problem with a PC at work, I came across a Microsoft knowledgebase article that was absolutely, totally and utterly useless.
Basically the upshot of it is, if your PC isn't working, then either:
a)Your hardware is broken
b)Your antivirus software is broken
c)Some other piece of software is broken
Well, great. Tell me something I don't know.
