With her new Macbox, Rahaeli put together a music video of unfeasible prettiness.

If you're capable of downloading 55MB and you're not one of my flatmates, I recommend downloading it and watching it.

If you are one of my flatmates, I recommend opening f:\videos\Music Vids\down_in_the_river.mov, making Quicktime fill the screen, turning the lights off and pressing play.

It makes the Star Wars trailer look a bit unimpressive. (no lightsabers tho)

That post was actually friends-only, but the video is here (55MB, QuickTime format, MJPG-A compression).

And eee, I'm so glad you liked it, Andy. That took me all day yesterday. I'm working on the next one now; that one's tougher, because I have to capture a LOT more video for it.

*poing* thank you! thank you thank you. I had a lot of fun with it.

The next one's gonna be better, but it's giving me shit. :)

Enough of your complaining, just make sure you upload it somewhere bandwidth-friendly when you're done. You have an audience now. =)

Well

well, we got around 50k a second when we downloaded that one, so it shouldn't be a problem.

The joys of running your own server. If Zen get their act together, we'll be able to do that too!

768/768K SDSL running out of the living room with no bandwidth cap and no bandwidth charges. I transfer anywhere between 3G and 8G of data a day. bandwidth is only a problem when I get thirty people downloading at once. ;)

I looooooove my ISP, that's how. They don't charge for throughput, only for circuit. I pay through the nose for the circuit, but it's WORTH IT.

Really, it'd be a bargain at twice the price. Alas, they aren't in the UK, or I'd plug them at you. :(
