Date: 2012-11-04 12:22 am (UTC)Plus you've got the lower end of the contract market and last-years-model paygo deals, etc. Symbian was always very big in some markets that other phones never took off in.
So having Symbian still selling a bit doesn't surprised me, what does is windows selling as little as it does, it should be at 10% by now.
Admittedly, James hates his Lumia and it doesn't even have basic built in functionality-to set a ringtone you have to convert an MP3 into a special filetype on a computer &c, it's really badly finished-awesome hardware, just weird software choices.
Anyway, I have to go to bed now, before I get sucked into watching the film I'm recording.
