Somehow Lucas has managed to sell out Star Wars even more than I thought possible. Between this advert and the Yoda phone advert doing the rounds (which is truly, truly awful) George has completely put his ass on the market for as many people who will buy it.

It's not like he has shareholders is it? Does he need money enough to have some chump with a phone make an idiot out of Yoda for an extra few $?

He's been doing it since Star Wars first hit the cinemas. There are some seriously rubbish ads with Star Wars characters in them from the 70s.
