Odd - I can see it. Try a google image search for "ogc logo". You may have to rotate your head ninety degrees to get the joke.

Aaah. I didn't realise that the three letters were a logo.

And yes. That's nearly as bad as the "Lisa Simpson blow job" 2012 Olympics logo.
