And it's not because I don't feel happy with Facebook. It's because people get quite enough spamminess over there already.
On LJ, not only is it a single daily post*, but it's also got a tag, which means that you can block it if you so wish**.
Twitter, I don't mind overloading, because that's what Twitter is all about.
Facebook, on the other hand, would suddenly be getting a load of new posts from me, which would just piss people off.
I will be feeding them to Google+ _if_ they implement tags, so that people can choose to filter out those entries.
*If someone knows how to do a daily post on FB from an RSS feed then please let me know, because I'd be happy enough to do that.
**Go here, find me, and tell it not to show anything tagged with "delicious glue".

Date: 2011-07-16 11:51 am (UTC)I send everything to FB because while I barely use it for a lot of friends it's the only thing they use, so I get a fair few 'likes' and comments on posts there.
Better than abandoning, although I think I'll go delete a lot of aquintances at some point.

Date: 2011-07-16 12:15 pm (UTC)It seems that the Facebook importer ignores the ? and everything after it. Which means it would import my whole blog. Which I really don't want.

Date: 2011-07-16 12:17 pm (UTC)DW is planning to prettify all URLs at some point so there's never an operator, but I don't think that's even claimed by a dev yet.

I don't actually feel at all proprietary about my links. After all, I get them (mostly) from other people in the first place.
And it always makes me happy to see them appear elsewhere, with or without attribution :->
