I think you have to go with the Legion of Super-Heroes if you want living, non-villainous, non-crazypants parents. But only for reboot, IIRC. I'm almost positive Lightning Lad and Spark (Lightning Lass/Light Lass/YMMV) had normal, caring, living parents.

Wow, there are some. OTOH, although the Kents are not Superman's biological parents, they do exist as authority figures in many canons, which I'd until now not realised was surprisingly positive.
