Good. The game was a pile of ass that I will never play again and feel ripped off for preordering. To threaten people for saying it was what it was is a disgrace.

Completed it, but mainly out of morbid curiosity. Now I'm just warning others who might still hope it is as good as it's 14 year old prequel.

I think the juror case demonstrates that existing laws can cover social media, and that the panic about 'OMG twitter and facebook are outside the law! clamp down on them' is an overreaction. Here, existing contempt laws covered it perfectly. Good stuff.

And bloody hell, what a numpty.

Numpty doesn't begin to cover it. I've served on a jury and the one thing that is drummed into you repeatedly by the judge and the court officials is "you cannot discuss the case with anyone". Not even with your husband/wife/SO or anyone else when you go home at night. Had this woman discussed it with a friend down the pub it might be put down to stupidity, but to actively seek out the defendant on Facebook just about defies belief.

Nice as it would be to shave off about quarter of an hour from the journey time between Edinburgh and Glasgow, and maybe another five minutes off waiting times, I'd be much more excited to be able to get a train between the two cities after 11:30pm at all. I hope the consultation results in this becoming part of the plan...
