So when are we going to loudly protest about being told not to conspicuously use flashy mobile phones in places we risk getting mugged?

I haven't seen many campaigns for that.

Also, the vast majority of rapes have nothing to do with strangers or what people wear.

Plastered all over public transport in Paris, and I've definitely seen a similar campaign in the UK, maybe a year or two ago.

This isn't feminism, it's just overgrown teenagerism.

I like the idea of the slightly animated photos. J K Rowling had it right. It seems like just the right balance for viewing on a computer, but because it's not as entertaining as a video, or as convenient to print as a still picture, and because animated pics have such an annoying reputation, it's never really been explored to the extent it should have been.
