I suspect I've manipulated Google's Pagerank system. It calculates pagerank based on (a) how many pages link to a page and (b) the pagerank of those pages. Yes, that is circular, but it seems to work.

I have links to my journal in my kuro5hin and /. signatures. This means that as far as Google is concerned, both /. and kuro5hin link to my page repeatedly. Both of those sites are heavily linked to, so they count as strong referrers. This gives me a huge boost up the rankings...
