Date: 2011-03-11 12:58 am (UTC)did 4 days last week, including 4 sets for Carnival - after which my arms were quivering wrecks. Then did BFS PRocessionals training, which was the most pain I've experienced in a while.
Today was far better, I only got two blisters.
