I had neighbours whose young boy (5ish or so) liked to dress in girls' clothes. The other children who played with him, (brothers and neighbours), didn't seem to have a problem with it. As that Halloween story suggests, it's more likely to be adults where the problems will come from.

Yup. Kids don't (young enough) haven't taken in enough of the social norms to care.

Depends on whether your taste is more for larger diffuse brains, or more tightly packed neuronal tissue, which will presumably be more piquant.

Interesting post on the NHS. I have private insurance which is generally great for quick diagnostics and non-urgent treatment. That said, my experience of waiting an absolute age for a private operation for an extremely painful but not life-threatening problem, I've tried to ensure I'm on both lists since*.

* For various reasons I have a large amount of interaction with consultants at the moment. I am attempting to reduce this.
