Would it be a good thing for employers to check potential employees' brains for how they handle oxytocin? For people's oxytocin metabolisms to be public record?

I don't think that treating people differently based on anything other than actual behaviour is a good idea.

I'd be fine with it being part of the standard tests done on kids, and then offering them (or their parents) help in learning how to fit into society better, and behaving better towards others. It's possible that you'd be able to help them learn to be more empathic - I'd hate to write people off without a lot more research and effort.
