Have spent the last couple of days in the office feeling pretty awful, usually spiralling into my head spinning and general nausea by the time I go to bed.

However, this was usually then followed by feeling "not that bad" when the morning rolled around, and me going to work, only to find myself feeling worse as the day went along.

And so today I'm off work, in the hope that tomorrow I will actually be a productive member of society.

But I'm bored. Who will entertain me?

Smart move. Don't do what I tried to do and tough it out... I'm pretty sure that the three days of almost-worthless time I spent in the office led to me having to take another two sick days, putting me even further behind the curve for the month. Stay home, drink soup, and sleep lots.

I think I've had it too, and was blaming psychosomatic causes, but I'm feeling a lot better today having had a few days of rest and feeling blerg!
