I actually feel slightly bad at using "Sky-father" there, as I'm not trying to make general religious readers feel offended. I was more feeling that it summed up the approach of the person in the article.

So, I have an LJ Friend who has a theory:

James Bond is a Time Lord.

Think it over. He changes his looks and personality, but not his identity, every few years. He doesn't age. He's got lots of nifty gadgets to play around with.
