I got both. The one I felt most strongly about was an absolute separation of personal and professional matters. I never discuss personal matters with co-workers. It's a waste of time, and I'm there to work. It's also boring and likely to cause personal conflict, because I have nothing in common on a personal level with my co-workers, particularly their tastes in popular culture.
